I was based in the Middle East from 2014 to 2018. People there said you’ll never get change to happen in Saudi Arabia – too much entitlement and  embedded hierarchy.

I took up the challenge working with the impressive leaders of Saudi Telecom, the Middle East’s third largest company. Using the techniques that will be shared in the masterclass, here’s what we achieved. The STC leadership, who are rightly proud, have very kindly allowed me to share this story.
