1999 – 2002

This was the first full company culture change program I did using the techniques we will share in the masterclass. I learnt an enormous amount doing  this program and will be forever grateful for the courage and trust of the then CEO John Akehurst and his team.

The challenge was to effect a radical shift from Boss to Coach while significantly changing the way people worked.

There was a dramatic shift in the factors that drive a motivated workplace.

The Goal

Goal of the program was to upgrade people capacity, through creating a leadership development culture and a motivating workplace, while at the same time improving cost productivity over 20% and reducing bureaucracy.

Feedback

This was an extraordinary program that achieved all our goals. It was life changing for me as a leader and personally.
